Bad Choice of my life (One Plan Insurance) I Regret
People be careful, if you want to be indebted, join one plan insurance, it seems as if all they know is rejecting claims, then they tell you they are not a medical aid. I have been with this institution since 2014, they only acknowledged 1 claim then increased the premiums ( they double the amount). and all other claims were rejected i had to loan money to cover medical expenses for my son. **** company. The marketers are full of empty promises and when you request for the sales voice recording they will take you from pillar to post.

01 Apr 2021, 17:11Good day Jacob,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. We do have your child's best interest at heart. Kindly note terms and conditions of the policy have to be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients, please note that this is by no means a ploy to refuse payment of the claim.
Regrettably, the requested admission/procedure for the Con******* condition which is a condition existing at birth and often before birth or that develops during the first month of life, benefits one of our general exclusions, which are things not funded for by the Insurer. Unfortunately, this falls within the bounds of our very few excluded conditions (Section 10.17).
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
Kindly note there has only been two loadings on the policy, the first loading of R9,54 was added at inception of the policy in 2014 for the principle insured and the second loading of R19,10 was added for the dependant (child) in 2016. The loading plays an important role to ensure that we continue to provide quality insurance.
We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
