Bad bad insurance
They are just useless and a bunch of *****,imagine a dog that you live,you take they're cover so that you can have a peace of mind. In return when you need them they are nowhere and they are good *****. Had to pay cash for the emergency visit to the vet when my dog got seriously I'll. They said I should take him to the doctor the money has been loaded on my card,guess what, I almost fainted with embarrassment when the card declined. Imagine if I had no cash with me. They then told me to go and withdrew from standard bank the following day. I went boom a big zero. These guys are just ****ters .
