One Plan Pet Insurance - Claims Assistance Renee ***ley I have been struggling for 1 month to get my card and sort out a short fall that Iapparently had. This morning spoke to Renee within 2 hours everything is sorted and my card will be delivered soon and the shortfall was sorted out as this was a mistake on Oneplan Side. Thanks Renee.
