Awesome service from Wesley Oneplan Insurance
Big thank you to Wesley who after many mishaps with my debit orders on the part of Onreplan pet insurance when trying to take out a policy took the time to call and listen to my issue in detail. He had already investigated before giving me a call so knew where I stood and comited to resolve the issue for me. He committed to further investigate and within less than 24 hrs had the policy cancelled AND i was refunded in less than 24 hrs. Wesley thank you for AWEDOME service!
