Awesome service from Thembakazi Mbalane in customer care. Had a query about my One card which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thembekazi was very polite and professional and double checked process before confirming if they could make an arrangement for me regarding delivery. So nice dealing with customer care that actually cares! Thanks Oneplan Pet!
