Awesome service
Renee ***ley gave us brilliant, effective and very fast service. She gives me hope to know people still care about client service when you need it the most. I sincerely hope the rest of One Plan's staff are as dedicated as Renee, because she set a very high standard in doing her job and going the extra mile. I have only been with One Plan for 1 month and Renee ***ley is to thank for the awesome first call resolution resulting in happy clients like myself.
