Awesome service!
Eugene Petersen assisted me with a bit of a miscommunication leading to a medical practice not receiving their payment but he solved the problem within a day and everyone turned out happy. The kind of service this gent provides is the reason i enjoy this medical insurance and the best part is every time you end the call you have a smile on your face. Most of the people who work at OnePlan are so helpful whether it is medical or pet insurance and that is something to be proud of. going the extra mile really is worth it!
