Awesome pet insurance for my fur baby! I had submitted a claim for a refund and initially I received a response stating my claim was approved. I had a small query regarding the claim, I sent Oneplan a WhatsApp with a brief explanation and before I knew it, it was sorted! They understood exactly what happened and resolved the matter with urgently straight away! Super happy with the friendly and efficient service from Mapaseka Dinake and Pertunia Sibeko ❤️ Thanks Oneplan family
