Awesome, friendly and efficient service & great product
Oneplan Pet Insurance has exceeded all my expectations!!!
It is an absolute pleasure to deal with all the highly efficient, knowledgeable staff in all departments of their business.
I am particularly pleased by the excellent service I received when I had to deal with the very emotional event of my fur baby having lost her eye due to cancer.
All the interactions have been extremely professional, and yet personal and it has been such a delightful experience dealing with Molebogeng Mfloe, claim administrator right through to the claims consultants, Heather Webster and Larnell Lamont. These three employees are valuable assets to your business.
I have been rendered speechless by the turnaround time for the payment of my claim-all settled within 1 week!!! Talk about under promise and over deliver!!!!
I loved the personal touch to their correspondence with me as they would enquire on Bailey's well-being. I feel like your company puts my much loved furries at the centre of attention....always!
I would however like to mention that ALL my dealings with your company has only ever been a pleasure.
