Awesome customer service

Hi was receiving excess billing notifications , although I had paid the account , the systems picked it up as a monthly payment and not excess. After repeated sms etc , oneplan called me to redtify the problem. Thaneshree , she was polite and extremely efficient and we resolved the problem , to such an extent that for all my pain and suffering the wrote off the amount owing. Once again it has renewed my faith in Oneplan. I have now been with oneplan for the past 8 years.
