I had an issue with the type of cover needed for my pets, I was assisted by Lerato Phatela, who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She assisted me with the right cover and right price for me. It was a pleasure to talk to someone where I didn't feel like a product was forced onto me and she took the time to make sure I understood what I signed up for. She deserves a medal.
