Awaiting Cardr

I was told I will get my oneplan card on the 1st September and I am still waiting. I took health insurance so that when I do not have money I can use it. <br> I spoke to Nonhlanhla who referred me to Roland Govender and he promised on the 4th September that I will receive my card and I am still awaiting. <br> I spoke to a lot of consultants that said they got the address wrong and I have updated and confirmed over and over and I am sick and Tired now. Can I have my card TODAY!!!!
