await refund since April

I took out a one plan policy. I then decided to cancel a week later and asked them to cancel the d/o before it went off. They told me they had, but d/o went off anyway. I requested a refund and had to fill in a doc which i did and sent back.<br> <br> I have logged about 5 requests thereafter for my refund, all of them unanswered!
