Attitude problem
The lady that phoned me from Oneplan was very rude and had a major attitude. She was very unprofessional and she still hasn't send me my policy information from last Thursday. I would like Oneplan to reprimand her for her unprofessional service and I would appreciate it if someone can send me the policy. I don't want to deal with her again. Member number: ***
