Assistance was efficient except that the money is little, isn't it that a person does not get sick daily or monthly, this comes very seldom, otherwise everything is good

Kindly note that we have 5 different Health Insurance plans, and each plan has a different cover limit. You will be covered up to the respective cover limit depending on the Plan type that you have selected.
Should you go for a Doctor's visit and the Doctor dispenses medication or prescribes medication for you to purchase, this will be reviewed under 2 different claim benefits up to the respective cover limit (GP and Scripted medication). As a medical insurance, our cover or benefits have specific limits applicable and there are annual cover limits on all our cover types which will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
