Assistance and Rectification
Thank you for assisting me with this matter and I appreciate your speedy response to clear and rectify the issue on the 22 July 2021
I am proud to say that I was assisted by your Complaints Resolution Officer by the name of Mereshnie Dheepnarayan. She was so humble, caring, and shown empathy to my query. She made me understand that the policy is canceled and that I was not supposed to receive that email or text message, also she assured me that my account will not be debited at the end of the month.
I am happy that I still made the right decision to choose OnePlan as my health insurance provider. Thank you so much!
