Amazing experience so far!
Over the past few days, I’ve been getting quotes for pet insurance and received calls from several companies. With my unpredictable work schedule, I can’t always answer, and while some sent their quotes by email, it was usually after trying to sell me their product when I’d specifically asked for a summary to compare at my own pace. OnePlan stood out because they didn’t flood me with endless calls to see if I’d decided. After missing two calls from them, I got a WhatsApp message from Singumzi Ben asking what time would work for a call. I explained via WhatsApp that I couldn’t give a specific time, and he understood, sending me the application form to complete whenever I could.
Big shout-out to OnePlan for operating like it’s 2025, unlike most other insurance companies with their constant back-to-back calls, expecting you to drop everything and listen to a consultant trying to change or upsell your decision—and who clearly get annoyed when told you’ve already chosen—based on OnePlan’s communication style and their great Google reviews.
