Appauling service and refusing to drop my instal

The call centre service was appaualing from the time I started my insurance with them either it was very bad attitude.... Send treating emails after several pays and statements had bee. Sent through to them of payment. After Paying months into my medical aid I could not make use of the medical aid because I have not received my card yet, Then I got retrenched the month the 08 October which I notified all my debtors of and requested a deduction because I will not be able to afford it for now until further notice..... There point blank refuse and a consulting agency by the name of Trotric \ says what about your Severage pay out"does he think he knows me and does he think he knows my financial status... Who the hell!!! Anyone reading this please don't use One plan "
