Annoyed and dissatisfied

<p>I got a call to join one plan and I did that for my wife and child, my problem started when I ask the consultant for my debit to go off from last day of June and to my surprise my account was debited end of May and I had to pay for the bank fees. I got a call from another consultant and I told her that they made a mistake and they must debit my account end of June but to my surprise they again debited my account on the 24th even though I told them that they must debit my account on the last day of the months. So I want to find out if they will be liable to pay for my bank fees as they are the ones who made this mistake. I even sent an e-mail on Monday to them and they haven't called me back as they have promised. I really think I am in for a ride.</p>
