Anele - Mrs Green
I phoned One Plan Pet Insurance and to asked for money to put into my card to take my pet to the Vet. Anele assist me and she was absolutely beyond helpful. She even help by guiding me how to put the money into my account myself on my app. I have never dealt with such a wonderful friendly person. I could see she take pride in her work. Thank you so much Anele you are a shinning star. Keep it up!!!!!! :-)
