An Example For Others To Follow
I used Oneplan pet insurance for a puppy my husband and I adopted.
I was surprised by not only the ease of signing up with Oneplan but also the after service we received.
My puppy unfortunately was given to us with a virus and passed away within the cool-off period. I then cancelled my insurance with Oneplan as unfortunately there was no pet to insure. The team was extremely helpful & considerate in the way they assisted me with canceling the insurance. I even received a very compassionate call to follow up on the reason for the cancelation. Today when I phoned back to follow up on the payment they needed to pay back for the first month's policy Nisha was extremely helpful in helping me follow up.
If we get another pet in the distant future I will use Oneplan again for sure! And will recommend them to everyone I know!
Well done to all of you for being an excellent example of what customer service should be!
