Amazing service well beyond the Call of duty
I just want the world to know of the excellent outstanding help we received from Pumela of Oneplan Insurers. We called her around 10 the evening after my son Jaen fell and had to get xrays done. He was in severe pain and couldn't step on his foot. She assisted us after midnight when a clinic wouldn't help him without cash. He then went to a private hospital 30km away and Pumela spoke to the casualties gave authorizations and sent email. The most wonderful she was so helpful and even called me back to confirm that my son has been sorted and the doctors are attending to him. She is the most amazing caring person and walks more than the extra mile to ensure you get help. A Big big thank you
