AMAZING SERVICE ONE PLAN
My furkid had to go in for surgery and i was worried that i would battle to get approval and then have to battle to get the vet billed paid. This was not the case at all. Elaine Roets from pet auths was unbelievably quick, efficient and kind. She even inquired after all was settled how my furchild was doing and was glad to hear that she was recovering well. Unbelievable service and Elaine went that extra mile which goes a long way. Thank you Elain and Oneplan! All 3 my animals are insured through you and it really gives one peace of mind to know that should anything happen to a beloved pet that we are covered to give them the care they need. You are amazing!!! THANK YOU

19 Sept 2024, 09:20Actually, we have been with oneplan for the last 13 years. Our oldest fur child Amber is also with oneplan but on a seperate policy. In 13 years we have never been disappointed and each year your service levels improve even more. THANK YOU AGAIN
