Amazing service - Kim Street
I joined the one plan pet insurance in Jan 2024 and fur baby got ill now in March. we immediately loaded the casualty visit and it was loaded and we were able to take him immediately to the vet-our baby then needed an admission, due to the fact that the vet is not contracted we had to pay upfront and now claim. A wonderful lady Kim Street assisted me with the approval of the claim and refund-she was amazing, the service and care and concern for my cat was so pure and real. Thank You Kim for the amazing service you rendered to me. I appreciated it so much.
