Jozelle was one of the beste people I have delt with at One Plan, se was quick and so helpfull. She did a cancellation on behalf of me as well as arranged for a full refund on my last payment, as I lost my fur baby 2 days ago and don't need the insurance anymore. 11/10 for you girl!! Thanks a mil =)
