Amazing service from one amazing employee.
I saw an add on Facebook and queried about it, this wonderful lady called me shortly afterwards. She was so patient with me, she answered all of my questions and she really went the extra mile. It was an extremely busy day at the office for me and I kept having to ask her to call me back (about 3 or 4 times) and she did at the exact time that I gave her, every time. Suzan Mnisi - You are an absolute star! Thank you for helping me set up my pet insurance for my little pup and thank you so much for your patience and your friendly and welcoming attitude
