Amazing service, easy claim process
Friendly service received from Lynn Ilunga. She made my claims process seamless by explaining everything to me clearly, sending me the required docs when she said she would, and replying to my emails fast. My claim was processed within a day of submitting all my docs and the vet was paid directly as I was unable to afford paying upfront in an emergency situation with my furbaby. Forever grateful for her kind service and empathy for my kitty.
