AMAZING SERVICE
I have been with One Plan Pets since 2019 and my Mom and Sister also use their services for their dogs and they are very happy with their service.. Our Dog Stormy, is a 5 year old Spaniel and was diagnosed last week with pancreatitis (a life threatening disease) and was hospitalized, my claims was only submitted after she was discharged which i don't think is actually protocol, but in emergencies who has time for paperwork. Elaine Roets from OnePet was amazing, and also caring and concerned about our pet... she is not just a consultant but make you feel that a company can actually care. My claim was done and dusted within 3 working days and the premiums are absolutely worth it at the end of the day.
