Amazing service!
Simon Mnisi was so helpful! He investigate and rectified an IT issue on my policy in less than 24hours and had the courtesy of calling me to confirm that everything was handled. He took the time to explain the various options I had to upgrade my account and was friendly and so helpful throughout the call!
