Amazing Service

I was recently helped by Letticia Dichaba who was very helpful and polite. She eagerly and accurately answered all of my queries. Overall the level of customer service received from the OnePlan team has been, in my experience, nothing short of amazing. The staff at OnePlan are professional and eager to assist. I have recommended OnePlan time and time again, not only to friends and family but also to people who I see at the vet and/or petstore who are looking for pet insurance and I am always happy to share my positive experiences with them.
