Amazing Service!
I contacted OnePlan as my dog is ill and the claim has changed from a standard Vet visit to Illness Cover. I spoke to Jozelle Addison who was compassionate and very helpful when I asked about how to claim for the prolonged Vet consultation and care. Jozelle Addison put me at ease in this stressful time for me. You rock, Jozelle!
