AMAZING SERVICE :)

I recently injured my shoulder which resulted in me having to undergo surgery. I cannot believe the incredible service I received form One Plan Health Insurance. Every single one of the staff members I spoke to from customer service all the way to authorization were so incredibly friendly, sympathetic and incredibly helpful. making an extremely unpleasant situation more than bare-able.

The team authorised everything from the emergency room to MRIs to actual surgery without me needing to follow up after initial contact had been made. 2 Weeks after my surgery I received at least 10 notifications on my cellphone indicating that all expenses have been paid over to the provider. I cannot express how incredibly impressed I am and really am so grateful that I made the smart decision to join this family called One Plan.
