Amazing Service
I don't think I have been this impressed with a medical insurance before. When I took up the plan I had my doubts. Everything always seems rosy whenever you sign up anything but when it gets to the claims, it is another issue. I called on the morning of the 26/05/2023 to have funds loaded onto my account for my fur baby. Turns out she had horrible fungal infections. She was put on a lot of medication. Everything went smoothly with the card. I then provided the invoice and proof of payment today and I chatted to two amazing gentleman, Rutendo and Sibusiso . They answered all my questions and were so compassionate and patient. In less than an hour the claim was authorized. They are absolute assets to the company and they deserve a raise. Keep it up One plan.. The process from Sales to Client Care to Claims have been nothing but a smooth process. So thank you!!
