Amazing customer service with first sign up

I am new to Pet Insurance and I signed up with Oneplan. The service and assistance I received from Ghyroonisha Sheik was just amazing. She gave me time to think and discuss the options with my partner. She phoned me back when I told her to and although I ghosted her because I had another commitment that I forgot about, she gave me space and tried again the next day. She was helpful and friendly all the way. How can you not sign up with such excellent service. Thank you Oneplan and Ghyroonisha Sheik.
