Amazing Customer Service
I've been with One Plan Insurance for about a year now, but because of this Covid situation, I've hadn't had the opportunity to take advantage of any of my policy cover. Anyways, now when I really needed assistance with figuring out how this app works and how to make my claims, I had sent out a call back request and was assisted by Eugene Petersen. He was extremely helpful with just explaining how everything works and going through the whole claim process with me. He really made me feel as though I have found a home with Oneplan Insurance! Shout out to Eugene for his excellent customer service, for his patience and understanding! And for not judging me because I was clueless, we had a good laugh out of it! I would definitely recommend Oneplan to everyone!
