Amazing Customer Service
OnePlan definitely has the best customer service I have ever experienced if I have to be honest here. They definitely care for clients (I had pet insurance here) and they even looked after my fur baby as well. But I do have to mention Khanyisile Ndlela is definitely one of the most friendly and understanding ladies I’ve ever spoken to and have had the pleasure of dealing with. You can hear she has a smile on her face, as well as the fact that she has an amazing ability to make you smile over the phone as well. She is definitely really good at her job and most certainly an assist to the company ☺️
