Am a happy client but i wish one plan can add more funds on the OTC benefits per annum..there funds are way to little to use for a year

Kindly note that the plan type that you are on covers for Scripted Medication and Over the Counter Medication (OTC) which are 2 different benefits with 2 different annual cover limits.
The over-the-counter medication benefit (OTC) allows clients to purchase medication at a pharmacy without a prescription. The OTC benefit can only be claimed once for each insured dependant in every 12-month cycle from the inception date of your policy, however, the scripted medication benefit is in line with the number of GP claims you receive for the year. This cover forms part of your Health annual limit. There are annual cover limits on all our cover types and once the annual cover limit has been exceeded the cover limit benefit will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
