Always helpful and was very sympathetic when Bella passed on. It is only a pleasure to deal with Oneplan. Shari Govender also assisted me this morning with transferring funds for Milos visit to the vet tomorrow and with resetting my pin on my card. I refer people to Oneplan due to the good service I receive at all times. Will also add my new furbaby in 2 weeks time.
