Always have a terrific experience with One Plan pet insurance. The agents are always professional and knowledgeable about the product, the cover and assisting customers with queries. It's always easy chatting to the team whether it be via WhatsApp or on a call. Today I was assisted by Keighlan via the call centre and Shari Govender on WhatsApp. Thank you both! Super fast, efficient and pleasant experience (every time!)
