Almost two months without cards
My parents have a policy, with my mother being the primary member ***. In the beginning of June 2015 i called to order new cards as the ones they currently have expired in July. I was told that the system automatically orders it n i should not worry.

I called again on the 18 June 2015 to check the status. They told me that the system did not order it as yet and i should place the order which i did. I was informed that it will take two weeks and that i will be charged for both cards which will be deducted off my account and i accepted.

In the middle of July 2015 i called again as i did not receive the cards. They told me that an sms will be sent out the next day to confirm delivery.

It is now almost two months later and my parents have not received their cards! This is pathetic service. My mother has been sickly of late, and now needs to wait for her cards before she can visit the doctor again as why should she spend her own money when we are paying for medical insurance!

You guys were quick to increase the premium and debit almost R300 for the cost of the cards, but cannot adhere to delivery times nor give an explanation.

I think its time to cancel their policies
Thank you for bringing the above to our attention.
As per telephonic discussion with principle insured Leella Muthaya and customer care agent Sifiso Mngomezulu, there has been a delay with the delivery of our OneCard and we do apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused due to this.
We have confirmed with the principle insured that should she have paid cash for any consultations, she may send us these invoices for the refunds to be assessed accordingly.
With regards to the delivery of the onecard, we have arranged for an SMS to be sent to the principle insured once the cards are ready for delivery.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologise for the delay in the delivery of the OneCards.
Trust that you will find the above in order.
