after sales assistance and communication is HORRIBLE
Convenient and easy to get the insurance policy and of great help when I needed help in a month I could't pay my debitn(like every other company out there) but absolutely useless with communication when it comes to policy cancellation. Then eventually the call comes through and I speak to a robot voice.
