After quite a month of getting to all sorts of medical things, I had quite a list of admin processing (and some rather confusing) to do on my OnePlan policy
After quite a month of getting to all sorts of medical things, I had quite a list of admin processing (and some rather confusing) to do on my OnePlan policy. I made a cup of coffee and expected to be here for a while. Well what a pleasant surprise! Cameron and Rutando on the whatsapp help line were an absolute dream and sorted me out with EVERYTHING before the coffee was even finished. Thank you so much to both of you for the wonderful, helpful, efficient and generally fun assistance.
