After I informed them that our dog has sadly passed away, Linda Nyakonda sent an e-mail to express her sympathy , all done in a very caring but professional way
After I informed them that our dog has sadly passed away, Linda Nyakonda sent an e-mail to express her sympathy , all done in a very caring but professional way. They cancelled our policy the next day, no questions asked. Very professional. We will definitely register our furure puppy with them as well.
