After cancelling they still deduct
<p>I cancel beginning of July 2016 because the company I was working for are bankrupt. I did not get my salary for 2 months. After cancelling, they still deduct it from my bank account and even if I send them emails, nobody respond to my emails. I need the money because I have to get my chemo tablets, now I can't get it because I did not have the money and I am in need of my tablets. Is there a way that someone can help me to get my money back please?</p>

As per our telephonic discussion, we have sent the request to downgrade your policy to a much cheaper plan for the time being allowing you to also claim for your medication. If you have already paid cash for your medication, please send us the invoices so that we can assist with processing a refund.
