After another insurance company told me I do not have sufficient cover for my pet with Oneplan, I contacted Oneplan and I was helped by Mathapelo Mathibe, what an amazing exprience, so friendly and helpful
After another insurance company told me I do not have sufficient cover for my pet with Oneplan, I contacted Oneplan and I was helped by Mathapelo Mathibe, what an amazing exprience, so friendly and helpful. It seems others will tell any lie just to keep your business. But thanks so Mathapelo, I am now rest assured and I can relax, and I received such friendly support. Thank you Mathapelo for being that friendly person to help me and reassure me, my pup is covered for all our needs. Stick to Oneplan people!
