Account blocked AGAIN

<p>So here's my problem. I have been with this stuped medical scheme since the biginning. In the beginning they were still fine. After 2 componies have taken them over things just got worse and worse. Now they are utterly useless. Now every time you go to a Dr ot whatever it may be you have to send in all the slips and proof of payment with the practice number ect. This is a real pain in the ****. What make me write this and boiling with anger is that even though you do all that effort now, which you never had to do in the beginning, they still mess up on their side! They block your account for the most stuped reasons. Then its a mistake from their side! So that means no cover for ANYTHING untill they sort out THEIR problem. Stay away from this scheme people. You are going to get more frustrated than ever before if you join this SCHEME, which is exactly what this is. My account has been blocked again and again I cant do ****. All because its a fault on their side AGAIN for the sixth time I think? Stay away people. You are going to waist your money, time and energy with this SCHEME.</p>
