ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.
Such a pity that this platform requires you to give at least a 1-star rating before you can add your comments, in my opinion OnePlan deserves a MINUS-5star rating. They have been taking my money for 7 years without a single claim from me and now that I need serious spinal surgery as a result of a fall, they refuse to cover anything as they say it is "exploratory"!!! This despite x-rays, MRI, and two specialist reports. As far as I am concerned OnePlan are worthless. Don't waste your money on them.
