I phoned ONEPLAN this morning to query my account with them because I had an issue with the instalments and needed help to figure a way around my issue, Sanele Gasela was absolutely amazing it has been years that I have last experienced such amazing service he was very well spoken, professional and treated me as If I was the only customer oneplan has. I truly hope he will be rewarded for this amazing service delivery.
