Above and beyond
Amazing service!! Heather Webster promptly helped in getting our Pet Insurance claim approved. We have been clients since 2019 only on a hospital plan, but have never needed to claim. So when our baby was bitten by a snake (thankfully not a poisonous one) we paid the Vet and submitted the claim the next day, not sure on if it would be covered and, guess what, it would not have been covered. But due to our never having claimed they showed us some mercy and still cover the claim. Since then we have updated our policy to a higher option as per Heather Webster advise and we will always be thankfull for the human touch that was part of the claim process. At all stages we were informed on what would be happening. Great great service!
