Above and beyond
I was assisted by Sibonginkosi Zondo, and I want to compliment her. She is absolutely amazing and super helpful. Even though my issue she couldn't sort out but she went above and beyond to try help me. Unfortunately her colleagues let her down that had to sort out my issue, but she still tried everything she could. I just want to say thank you so very much, really appreciate your assistance. If I phone customer service again at pet insurance, I will only want to deal with her.
Also, thank you to Celeste for phoning me and getting my issue sorted. Much appreciated.
